Mrs. J. D. Smith Funeral services for Mrs. J.D.

(Lizzie) Smith, 556 Fifth St. NW, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Holly Springs Methodist Church in Cobb County. Rev. A.

Earl E. Seckinger will officiate at both services. Mr. Weaver, 58, died Wednesday. He had retired five years ago from the Federal Aviation Agency where he was an agent for 20 years.

A native of Kalamazoo, Mr. Weaver was a graduate of Atlanta Law School and a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He was a member of the Hapeville Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Clarice Parrish; therehters. Mrs.

Clifford Barnett Sr. Graveside services for Clifford R. Barnett 1002 Bellevue Drive NE, were Thursday at Arlington Cemetery, Sandy Springs. Dr. Charles E.

Edwards officiated. Mr. Barnett, 75, died Wednesday. He was retired personnel director of Colonial Stores, where he was employed 47 years. He was a member of the Associate Reform Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, and a former member of the Atlanta Masonic Lodge and the Yaarab Temple of the Shrine.

Survivors include his widow, the former Lucy Massenburg; daughter, Mrs. Herbert T. Stuckey of Decatur; son, Clifford R. Barnett of Decatur; sister, Mrs. Mary B.

Sealed proposals for the construction of Expansion and Improvements to Sanford Stadium, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, will be Universi- received, opened, and read aloud by the ty of Georgia Athletic Association, Inc. at 4:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, December 22, 1966, at the office the Architect, Heery and Heery, Bank Building, Athens, Georgia. The project consists of certain demolition, the construction of two new grandstand structures consisting primarily of reinforced cast-in-place concrete and pre-cast concrete, containing approximately 20.000 seats, and such work as landscaping, construction of a press box, concessions stands, rest rooms, team facility, entrance building, and other related facilities and work.

A 30-day bid bond in the amount of 5 per cent of the Base Bid will be required. A 100 per cent Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder upon award of the contract. A liquidated damages clause will be a part of the contract. The Owner must have beneficial occupancy of the facility no later than August 18, 1967. Bidding documents may be obtained on or after December 1, 1966, from the Architect, Heery and Heery, at their offices in the Bank Building, Athens, and their offices at 1366 Peachtree NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.

Each bidding general contractor will receive two complete sets of bidding documents upon filing a written request for same with the Architect and paying a deposit of $100.00 ($50.00 per set). Deposits from general contractors for these two sets will be fully refundable upon return of the documents in good condition, postage paid, if and after the respective contractor has placed a bona fide proposal for the project. Bidding documents will be placed on file with all major plan rooms in Atlanta, Augusta and Macon. Bobbitt Sr. Dies; Retired Executive Russell Edwin Bobbitt retired superintendent of maintenance at Atlantic Steel died Thursday at his home, 1038 Atlantic Drive NW. A native of Tennessee, Mr. Bobbitt had lived in Atlanta since 1914. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech.

He was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the First Methodist Church. Mr. Bobbitt had retired in 1960. Survivors include his widow; a son, Russell Bobbitt of Atlanta; a stepson, Harold H. Hollowell of Avondale Estates; stepdaughters, Mrs.
